Systolic-array INT8 inference engine with on-chip SRAM compute-in-memory, RISC-V control core, and intermittency-tolerant execution. Configurable for edge AI workloads in IoT, automotive, agritech, fintech, and health. Available from first silicon — 2027.

SecureGrid™ Security IP

PUF-based root of trust with AES-256, SHA-2, and ECC engines, HMAC-DRBG conditioning, and secure boot subsystem. Designed for integration into customer SoCs targeting NIST and PSA Certified evaluation paths. Available from first silicon — 2027.
