About Nelix

Attested Infrastructure Inference for systems that cannot depend on the cloud

Nelix Chip Design Ltd. is a fabless semiconductor company headquartered in Accra, Ghana. We engineer InferEdge JBIA accelerators, TrustCore-secured processors, and SecureGrid infrastructure silicon that deliver Proof-Carrying Inference — completion transactions with cryptographic proof — for power-constrained, connectivity-limited, and mission-critical deployment.

Attested Infrastructure Inference, engineered in Accra

Strategic mandate

Mission: Nelix engineers Attested Infrastructure Inference (AII) — silicon that exports Proof-Carrying Inference with cryptographic proof of execution context, not generic security claims. InferEdge JBIA, SecureGrid, and TrustCore share one trust plane for field deployment reality.

Vision: Systems that cannot depend on the cloud deserve inference hardware designed for intermittent power, constrained bandwidth, and sustained high ambient temperatures — with attestation from manufacture through Proof-Carrying Fleet Operations.

Why It Matters: Most edge AI still runs on imported accelerators built for datacenter assumptions. Operators need deterministic INT8/INT4 inference in sub-15 W envelopes, ICSM completion transactions under Energy Contract, and proof they can verify independently — not marketing assertions.

02 — Our Story

From FPGA validation to first silicon

Origin narrative
From FPGA validation to first silicon
Nelix Chip Design

Nelix began with a field observation: critical infrastructure AI is moving to the edge, but most inference still runs on general-purpose compute or imported accelerators never designed for unstable power, high ambient heat, or networks that spend part of their life offline.

Our founding team set out to build Attested Infrastructure Inference in Accra — a shared TrustCore trust plane, InferEdge JBIA completion transactions, SecureGrid measurement integrity, and Proof-Carrying Inference export before any model executes.

Today our platform runs on FPGA validation platforms while we work with foundry and ecosystem partners toward first tape-out. We publish progress honestly — we are pre-silicon, and we intend to earn trust the way attestation does: by being verified.

Design, architecture, and FPGA validation are led from Accra, where Nelix Chip Design Ltd. is incorporated and GIPC-registered. JBIA specification, TrustCore integration, and attestation testing are led from here.

Field Deployment

Utilities, grid operators, and infrastructure teams deploying Attested Infrastructure Inference in power-constrained, connectivity-limited, and mission-critical environments worldwide.

Proof-Carrying Fleet Operations

PCI export, fleet admit, and offline result queues — attested inference operations designed for field reality, not datacenter assumptions.

05 — How We Work

Proof is earned in attestation

We are a pre-silicon company in an industry where claims are cheap and Proof-Carrying Inference is everything. These are the commitments we hold ourselves to at every stage.

Proof-Carrying Inference

ICSM completion transactions export cryptographic proof — attested boot, per-die identity, and result digests bound to execution context, not marketing assertions.

TrustCore Trust Continuum

Continuous hardware trust from manufacture to retirement — PUF identity, measured boot, signed model delivery, and proof signing on every Nelix die.

Attestation Before Features

The trust boundary is designed before the feature list. Every product inherits the same TrustCore anchor and secure lifecycle.

Field Deployment Reality

Specified for unstable power, high ambient heat, physical tamper exposure, and offline workflows — because that is where attested inference must run.
